DinnerOur adventurous trek will begin today. We ll be tracing the routes from Mudh to Tiya on foot. The trail will be an easy one which will let you indulge in other activities such as photography, singing, playing and lots more. Also the changing landscapes in front of you will make your trip more enjoyable. Dinner and overnight stay in camps.
After having breakfast, it’s time to head on for another exciting location called shia. On the way we ll be passing through multiple glacial streams. Also we ll be descending down on the loose soil hill till the time we ll reach pin river. Thereafter we ll hike up on the other side of river to reach our camping spot in Shia. Enjoy a delightful night under the stars
Another thrilling trek will take place today. Once again we ll be crossing the glacial streams and river tributaries and will be climbing up a steep hill . Surely the way will be a tricky one but in the end it will be worth as soon as you ll reach Pin base camp. Herein the view will be awe-strucking with all the snow clad mountains, valleys, waterfalls clouds, giving the feel of totally another world.
Have a wholesome breakfast and then proceed towards Pin Parvati Pass (17450 ft). The trail will surely will be a challenging one but the same time will the panoramic views will be treat to your eyes. From pin parvati pass we ll get catch the glimpses of Bara Shigri glacier, Pyramid Peak, Snow Peak. On the other hand we ll be tackling through the ascends of Pin Parvati pass and sloppy descends to Mantalai. In Mantalai we ll set up our camps for in the midst of beautiful meadows .
After a refreshing morning meal, we ll head on for another magical location which is Odi. Firstly we take a descent till the time we ll reach Parvati river and thereafter we ll be walking straight ahead in the fields. The best part about these hilly fields is that the flowers of different colors forms a multicolored band here , which is undeniably one of the most overwhelming flower formations. Just after crossing these flowery bands, we ll reach odi. Set up your camps here and enjoy a memorable night stay
Today’s journey will take us to Tunda Bhuj - A Place surrounded by cliffs and waterfalls. Our trek will involve descending down the hill, crossing a naturally formed boulder bridge calld PNDU Pal and trespassing Rhodoendron and Pine forests. After going through all these enthralling elements we ll reach odi . Camps will be set up here for a delicious meal and sweet dreams night.
Finally after trekking in remote areas for a week , we ll see sight of civilization in Kheerganga. From tunda Bhuj we ll walk downhill near the streams of Parvat river. Also we ll come across by many waterfalls, forest patches and multiple bridges.On the way you can also relax by the waterfalls and enjoy rainbows on the clear days. Reach kheergangs and soothe your body by diving in the revining hot springs. Overnight stay in camps.
On the last day of your trek delve in a memorable farewell. Share some more memories with all the co-trekkers while descending from Kheerganga to Pin Valley. From here we ll provide jeep services for your onwards journey to Manali…..

All correspondence for travel arrangements should be addressed to Glacial Adventures. For the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made for confirmation of booking & the balance amount can be paid upon arrival in India or before check in hotel (before the commencement of the services).
Glacial Adventures hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Besides above, in certain cases like Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required in order to hold space CONFIRMED BASIS.
Please note that such payments are NON REFUNDABLE.
Advance payment can be made through WIRE TRANSFER to our bank,or by CASH that could be deposited in any of our accounts. Upon arrival in INDIA, the payment can be made in cash
TRANSFER FROM ONE TOUR TO ANOTHER
A transfer from one tour to another of the originally booked tour will be treated as a cancellation on that tour, thereby attracting the cancellation charges as stated in these
terms and a fresh booking on another.
BOOKING & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
For booking confirmation, need to pay 50% amount in company account by Checque/Cash/Net banking in our company account. Remaining amount should be paid at the time of check in at hotel.
PREPONE AND POSTPONE
For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.
INR 3000/- will be charged extra for prepone/postpone.
AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-
30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non refundable, advance will be charged.
30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.
There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.
Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.
The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
